I have been waiting for a redemption from Milesource since January 12. I still have not received it. Contacting them does no good. All they do is say they are investigating my complaint, but it has been almost a year now. What makes it worse is that the site is still active, and I am sure people are making them money, but they aren't providing the prizes they are supposed to provide.
I think there should be a way for people to do something about such a blatant ripoff, but I have no idea how to go about doing something about the situation.
