The local rac doesn't open until 930am. At 820am they call my husband at work, which has happen from day one, a call for payment. Today is the due date. And from 530pm til 715pm tonight they have called and been rude about drop[ing the contract unless my husband said he was sorry for speaking to them rude about calling his job everytime. I myself tried to talk to someone in charge, to find how they could cancel my contract considering I have never had to pay a late charge, and I kept getting hung up on.
At 8pm the truck and two car loads of people drive up and start yelling and crap! My husband ask them to leave and they instead pulled to the road blocking the road. We called the county to come out because it was really putting my children in a terrible state of mind. My 12year old was so nervous he couldn't finish his math.
When the sherirf arived they still had the road blocked. The officer spoke to us, then to them, and they were asked to leave by the police. The officer did tell us that they were filing something to get our things.
Can they do that considering we have paid 700.00, no late charges and it will not even be late until tomorrow? Please help the working people. $700.00 isn't something I can just throw away. Thanks.
