William Micheal Barber has numerous alias, has a habit of convincing women or men to partner with him in businesses such as trucking: for instant Barber Associates, or Barber Association, Inc. He also conned his business partners in his lastest venture of tracking down fugitives from the law! He forged his certificates for bail bonds, and private investigator. He puts the businesses in his current romantic love and then leaves her responsible for the debts that he incurred. He has repeat offender record of bigamy, fraud, insurance fraud, arson, and other offenses. False identity. He needs to be stopped because in as little as 10 months he will be out of prison, he plea bargained the more serious charges off and only got 3 years for falsifying information on a marriage license.
