Ripoff, fraud billing on my master card

I am a frequent user of hotwire online booking services for rental cars, hotels and air tickets. I called TLG Shopper after I saw 5 consecutive charges of $9.99 in my master card statements to realize that they got the approval to charge my credit card through hotwire. They charged me $50 for an account that I never had and never had any benefit from!
