They suddenly put a derogatory note on the credit bureaus for a bill I DO NOT owe... in the name of Sprint. I called Sprint... And they verified that I do not owe this. But refuse to send me any letter stating that I do not owe it. They told me to contact the company... And I have looked everywhere for a phone number to them... Cannot find one. I strongly feel that just sending a letter of complaint will not resolve this issue. Why doesnt Sprint have to send a letter that this is not my debt and they know it??? Why cant I get ahold of this company direct??? Please help.
