Ripoff ripoff fraud business

First National Credit sent me a letter saying I could receive a credit card for $1500.00 with no credit check and already approved and not a maybe and 12 months interest free.
Just send a check for $37.00 or $43.00 for rush delivery.
Never received it. Saw on computer this is a ripoff scam so I am filing a report. I sent $43.00 on Feb 5 and it was cashed on Feb 8. Never received my credit card.
