Did not end service when contacted Ripoff Johnsotown

We contacted Frontier / Citizens to diconnect the second line as we were signing up for hi speed thru them.

The neglected to disconnect and when we moved - they had charged us for the second line for six months.

How clever of them to keep charging and make even more money on the consumer.

Typical stick it to ya from a big company.
