This company will leave you on hold for hours. You have to call them to find the amount due, call your regular phone company to make a payment, then call back to give this company a confirmation number. I have always been on hold at least 45 minutes each time with this company.
I am receiving local calls ($1.50 connection fee) which are being billed at a long distance rate ($3.00 connection fee plus $. 35 per minute). I disputed the rates and was told I was being billed correctly. When I asked to talk to the person making that decision, I was told there is no one to talk to. I asked for a Customer Service Supervisor and was told there isn't one. All this company has to do is call my regular phone company and confirm that it is a local call.
I have filed compaints with the BBB, FCC, and the Alabama Attorney General.
