I live in Louisiana HOT HOT HOT!!! Just made it through HELL with huricane Katrina and Rita Lost everything but my car since we evacurated!!! But THANK THE LORD WE ARE SAFE AND ALIVE
In 3/3/04 i bought a 7 year 100,000 miles. (I taught i would be able to keep my car until 2011 or an 100,000 miles Since my husband passed away and i am now a single mom.) I took a payment plan 95.39 for 12 months. Its PAID IN FULL NOW well i never used it! Thinking i was safe, I talked to a represenative on sept 29 said my air conditioner ($1,221.16) went out on car was it covered since i bought the bumper to bumper $0 deductable. He said just bring it into the shop and tell them to fax over the estament and we'll phone in and ok the job. I brought my car into the dealership on sept 30. We called ans. Service took message for company faxed over estament NO SINGLE UNPLUGED!!! Dealer ship called 5 times a day for 7 days still message to ans. Service and no single on fax machine. No one calls back. We even sent emails!!! NOTHING i am going to do this and keep a record and copies until i get some ans.!!! I also filed a complaint with Attorney general Jim Petrois office consumer protection section 30 E. Broad Street 14th Fl. Columbus oh. 43215-3400. They currently have a suit against the company so i read on the internet and is asking resitution for each complaint $25,000.00 if this is correct i don't know but i hope and pray these conartist get what they deserve. I am sick to my stomach and very stressed about this now i have to fix the air condition and get more extended warannty coverage if they are not FRAUD TOO!!! Another $1800.00 to be able to keep the car i have or i have to get a new car with a high car note!!! These people should note hurt the people who only got the warranty because they didn't have extra money to begin with!!! Now anyway you look at it i have to get another loan to pay for another warranty and repairs or new car note!!! On a single mom's income RECEPTIONIST PAY!!!
Just remimber GOD SEES ALL AND KNOWS ALLL and one day ya'll will have to face him and explain to him why ya'll are doing what ya'll are doing to inocent people who trusted ya'll to take care of things when in need!!!
