Ripoff, thieves, crooks

I ordered their product in September. Delivery is supposed to be 4-5 weeks. After about 10 weeks, I emailed them.

They emailed me back several days later to tell me that I could request a refund in writing only. I wrote in December February and May to request my money back. No response!
