I paid this site 22.80 U.S. For unlimited downloads (music, movies, etc.) for one year. They charged this to my credit card but never sent me the login info, even after I emailed them 3 times, therefore they never provided the service to me, even though I was charged for it. Nor have they refunded the money that they charged me, even though I filled out their so-called refund form.

I tried contacting them via email, with no response, and via phone, but when you dial the number it just says "goodbye" and hangs up on you.

There are various support links, but you will not get a reply from any of them. I have read elsewhere that they are a scam, don't give them your money! I have had to cancel my credit card now and file a claim with them against this site.
