I ordered the workout program the advertised on TV and wanted nothing else from them. About 30 days later I started getting vitamins and additional videos from them, without my knowledge or request. These were charge to my credit card. I went online to cancel membership, and completed the required form.
Again, they shipped a new set of stuff to me. I went on line and cancelled again and I called to cancel. After waiting 45 minutes to a continuous barage of ads, I actually talked to a human. She (Liz L.) stated that there was no cancelation showing in her system but that she will process my request and stop all shipments and billing.
Three days later, whamo, another charge this time nothing has shown up. I, of course, disputed all charges with Mastercard. Mastercard has done their part and credited my account, way to go big MC.
This was almost a month ago. Guess what, another charge just showed up. Even after Liz said she cancelled my account. You know what the sad thing is. It is a pretty good product.
