Hi I would like to report a scam file again Sony Online Entertainment. I had recently bought an expansion CD for their EverQuest 1 online game. Problem is with this expansion comes aan array of missions/quests that charactors can choose from and I can only play 1 of them per day. Anyway I along with other several Live Players are getting BlackFlagged for a period of 53days before they chose another Quest again, I have talked to custumer service agents about this for the past 3 days and they are telling me to file "Bug Reports" on it and shoving me off/not sounding very assuring about this matter.
Their costumer service is very poor and I paid $32 American Currency for this expansion game and I really feel ripped off and so do several other players as well. I am kindly asking that you look into this matter becuse it is a growing problem among the Sony Online Entertainemt EverQuest 1 community and its loyal costumers/players and im kind of disturbed about this and thank you kindly for tending to the matters at hand.
