In October JT Card Services, LLC called me and asked if I would like a credit card with all these special extras for only $159.00. I would recieve $100.00 worh of gas for free plus other great deals. The card should arrive in about six to eight weeks. I called them on 12-3-01, on 12-20-01 and on 1-9-02; each time being told the card had been sent. I tried to talk to a supervisor, but one was never available.
On 1-9-02 I spoke to a rep that said I could have my account credited. I took her name and employee number then gave her the information she needed. Nothing ever happened.
In Febuary I tried to call the company again and got a recording saying the company had reniged its contract and was being taken over by Gas Card Services 17478 East Rice Circle, Aurora, CA 80015. I wrote to these people asking for my money or a charge card—I recieved my letter back on March 10th— non-deliverable, no such address. I have also had problems with my bank account ever since this crap started.
