I too am writing a complaint about JT Card Services. I was called saying that I had applied and was approved for a $2500.00 dollar credit card. Never was I told it was secured. I paid the $174.00 out of my checking account on September 5 and was told the card would arrive 4 - 6 weeks. After the 6th week I started getting concerned. I called time and time again and they told me that it would be here within a week or two. Still no card so i called every week and kept getting the same excuses. They would tell me it would be here in a week or a few days or that they had sent out applications instead of the card. But basically i was being told the same thing for months. Now it is Jan and still no card. The number that gave me to call is no longer there number. The email that they gave to me seems like it is an automated response or something. I emailed them on Jan 29 and they said it would be here in a few days. If it is not here i will be calling the BBB in Jacksonville. I had told a friend of mine about it and he looked it up on Google.com and told me to go there and look what he had found. There i seen a rip off report for this so called credit card company. I am going to do whatever it takes to get my money back and for people to watch out before getting burned like i did.
