Ripoff charged maximum amount, never refunded ripped off and scammed victimized many consumers

I too sent in a check for $43.00. I was a little suspicious but, went ahead anyway. When I received my card and packet I returned it right away.
First, I tried to call several times the number that was listed but, of course I could not speak to a real live person. So, there was a supposed 30 day money back guarantee.
I sent all materials back assuming I would get a refund within 14 days or so. Well, I sent in all materials and I wrote down nothing, not even the phone number. Dumb on my part. So, needless to say I never received a refund.
So, I ended up here because I went on-line looking for them to possibly get my cash back.
