August was convinced by two scavengers Laura and Kim in the Irvine location to join. I paid Two of Us $2990 for services. One time in September I received an email from their "matchmaker" in the Encino location. The two matches I received were not what was promised based on my criteria, I never heard from the "matchmaker" again. Called and spoke to Kim to let her know what was happening and she promised to look into it... Needless to say she never contacted me. Called Laura to tell her I wanted to cancel and that I had read on the internet about all the complaints written about Two of Us. She convinced me that she was not affiliated with any other office and there were absolutely no complaints about her. I then wrote a letter to Laura canceling my membership and she forwarded the letter to the corporate office in Encino (affiliated office that she lied about). October 26 I received a letter from Two of Us letting me know that I can forget about getting a refund and just to have fun! Please... What ever you do, do not ever join this scamming business!!!
