To all who has been "zapped" by green zap
click on the "FREE CASE EVALUATION on the rright side and put in your complaint and maybe we can get a class action suit
Federal Trade Commission is another EXCELLENT place to file a complaint!
SORRY for the all caps as I just copied and pasted what I wrote to Lawyers and Settlements.com
and did not feel like re-writing it.

GrrenZap states that you can upgrade to a Gold Account by placing MONEY in your GREEN Zap account.
They CLEARLY State that upon doing this you will receive a $100.00 WebCASH to be spent paying fees and buying online item.
I did the CASH transfer on 8-5-05. It has been OVER 3-4 Business days, it has been 5 Business days.
And my money still isn't my money green zap account.
My plan was to transfer the money into my GZ account so theat I am VERFIED and then transfer it BACK into my bank account leaving a $1.00 cash in GZ.
Now I just cam from http://usacomplaints.com on found THIS!
If what this person wrote is true then there has been a fraudelent act
Here's why i say this.
Gz makes it very clear that when you put $100.00 into your gz account you will immediately receive $100.00 in webcash.
What they don't make clear is that you don't get that $100.00 cash back at all!!!
Therefore it appears that when you go "gold" you will receive a $100.00 greenzap webcash and you will also have your $100.00 cash to do waht you want!!!
Had i have known this (if it was very clear to me) i would not have sent them $100.00 cash.
I don't have $100.00 to just up and give away to some company with getting anything (merchandise or something) in return!!!
