Three - ESafe - GreenZap
Fraud By eSafe Payments

I once had an account with Green Zap a few years ago and had closed it.

Today I checked my account, to find a check made out to Three Inc for 19.75. Upon a closer look I see its an e-Safe payment. Which I did not authorize. The date of the e-payment was 4/22/08and was processed 4/24/08.

Now I have to contact my bank and their fraud department to get my money back and stop them from doing it again.

We had this problem before and had to have our bank reverse the transaction.
I don't remember if it was Three, Inc., or not.

I just did a search for GreenZap and found there active website and this information at Wikipedia: "In April GreenZap was purportedly purchased by DCL-ENV Inc., otherwise known as eSafe. This company is largely believed to be a fraudulent dummy corporation that in actuality has stolen bank account information from GreenZap and began cashing unauthorized checks for 19.95 out of every account. Anyone who has been a victim can contact the FTC at their website."

Now it seems to me that GreenZap is in cahoots with eSafe. I also found that GreenZap has "cease and desist" orders by the state of Texas and California.

Hmm the plot thickens!
I'm all for ending their fraudulent existence of GreenZap, Three Inc, & eSafe once and for all.
