After reading all the other Reports, What can possibly be said,
that hasn't already?
I've been a customer for 4 yrs. Long Story short I lost my phone, It tooka week to finally get it reported contacted a rep about Insurance, Informed me yes That I was entitled to another because I had insurance. Contacted the Insurance Division, they said to contact Customer service (joke) 3 days later contacted a rep. Said no I did'nt have Insurance, But couldn't tell me why I was paying an additional $12.00 a month Contacted another rep 3 days later and said she couldn't understand everything is in order... Contacted Insurance and was told to contact Customer service... Kind of a trend developing, Wrote Worlcom a E-mail requstig to cancel service I'm sure I'll be on the books forever! Oh well will not pay The nightmare will go on and on.
Oh yea I have a Brother who works for Worldcom out in Colorado I tried to get a number or help from him, He told me that the Wireless Division is like a Deep Hole Nobody knows what goes on over there!
Went with Verizon they actually have reps you can Talk with...
