Basically, this company refuses to conduct business in a professional manner. I cannot get a response from them on the phone, and I cannot get a response from them via email. They cannot be trusted! They are into me for $170 and I am calling the credit card company tomorrow. I would advise a class action lawsuit to put them out of business!
