My credit card was hijacked by SavingSmart, I want a class action lawsuit for punitive damages Ripoff Des Plains

I am in the process of trying to find out how to talk with savingsmart by phone but only sent an email. I have not recieved any response from them. They added a $1 a month fee for their program on my CapitalOne credit card although I never signed up for that program.
I would love to get a class action lawsuit since I see they do this alot.
