1st Credit of America and My Perfect Credit.com put a unauthorized charge on my debit account. I called my bank and inquired about the charge. After a phone call and several emails, I never received a response.
A few months later I received a call from a collection agencey claiming to be 1st Credit of America calling on behalf of my perfect credit.com. The multiple persons I spoke with were extremely rude, refused to tell me what the collection was specifically for, and tried to strongarm me into paying them immediately.
I was transferred multiple times to persons who at first claimed to be supervisors and then said they were not. I asked for a phone number to contact my perfect credit.com and was transferred to another number in the same company.
After a lengthy conversation I was told that I still owed the money (for a credit repair service& which I am not in need of) and a police report was filed with my local police dept for identity theft and a copy was forwarded to the U. S Secret Service and the Better Business Bureau.
Do not give in to these people&they want you to give up and just pay the money.
