And give them ALL of your personal identifying information OVER THE PHONE!!!
They will only cancel your subscription IF YOU GIVE THEM WHAT THEY ASK FOR! They will ask you for social security number, name, address, security questions and date of birth! Can't help but worry that anyone can be on the other end and take ALL of this information for IDENTITY THEFT! Unbelievably bad customer service and scary process.
