I purchased online tickets fm Ticketmaster in June.in July there was a $9 charge on my account I had no idea what it was for the information Entertainment Rewards 866-364-1333 MI auth #1114 Eff date 7-6-5.
I am aware of every transaction I make and this definatly wasn't one of them. I searched my computer for any and all info on the day in? Nothing. The bank already closed so I did a search of the tele number I have never used this company. I didn't even know what services it was associated with.
That is when I searched and was referred to complaints.com. I found out exactly what the was going on by the info. Provided at this site.
Yes I am yet another victim of Entertainment Rewards Troy MI. I haven't contacted my bank or the bbb nor have I made the telephone call to the Frauds at Entertainment Rewards. I would really be entertained by knowing that all those involved in this scam were to be prosecuted to the fullest. When you consider what they have gotten away with it sickens me.
I also will never use Ticketmaster to purchase tickets for anything since that is where my information was accessed. I feel Ticketmaster is also responsible and I am sure that anyone who used there service won't in the future.
