Charged me for $9.95 for one month and continues to charge me without my consent, impossible to get in touch with them

I subscribed to this site as a trial basis April 8th and made sure I said for only a trial (one month) basis. Now I can't even get into their site to tell them what they are doing to me, they are billing my credit card every month. Please help me with this. I am very illiterate on some things, I am 60 years old and they are ripping me off. Thank you, Beverly Stark
