I answered a e-mail from publishers clearing house pop up offering 100# of hersheys if I completed a servey. Less than half way thru the questions I knew this offer was not true. I thought when I cancelled it meant cancel. I now learn just by starting to respond to the survey it committed me to the Nationwide voice Messaging Service which I do not want.
