I received a letter from Santa Lucia Security Co. Stating I had won the "3rd Category" prize of 615.810.00 in the Loteria Primitiva. I could tell from the envelope, type of stationary, and postage stamp (as well as the conditions stated for claiming any prize "keep this award from public notice") that it had to be a scam. I immediately got on the internet and discovered my suspicions were correct.
