I received a letter from Santa Lucia Security Company stating that I won the lottery. To claim my money, I was supposed to fill out a sheet with my bank account information on it.
It states that I won due to a mix up of some numbers and they asked that I keep this award from public notice until your claim has properly been submitted and deposited into my account.
It also states that 10% of my winnings belongs to Santa Lucia Security Co. S.A. It sound like a huge rip off and I feel very sorry for the people that actually fill out the bank information and get ripped off.
