I received a letter from Loteria Primitiva saying that I am a third category winner (worth $615,810) of a lottery. My batch # is same as the other #s filed by other people here.
It claims the ticket # to be 031-1127-841. I have never ever heard of this name before or played their lottery.
Seems like a clear rip off. I actually read someone eles's rip off report who decided to follow up and lost about $10,000.
Oh well, better luck to the rest...
