I entered an online photo contest. I recieved an e-mail stating that my photo had been selected to be published in the 2005 Photo Vibe manuscript. I was very happy. I even got teary eyed, as this is my dream to be a recognized, published photographer. It is what I study in college and practice everyday.
Circle of photographers stated in there e-mail to me that my photo would be published and I could purchase the manuscript if I chose to do so. Of course I am going to purchase it. This was going to be my first published work.
Well it has now been 4 months. I have never recieved the manuscript. I have sent them several e-mails asking when it would be shipped. Each e-mail was responded to with a different date.
I finally sent them an e-mail demanding my manuscript or a full refund of $67.00. That is $59.00 plus shipping as they had told me. I have never heard back from them.
My husband and I work very hard for our money and struggle to make ends meet. We can not afford to throw our money away. Something needs to be done about this group of scam artists!
