Circle of photography are a scam and I have taken the liberty in reporting them to PayPal, PayPal have a 45 day complaint file, my complaint was after 45 days, the problem is these type of groups like Circle of Photographers or the other name they use Circle of Poets know there is this 45 day with PayPal so they play the unsuspecting victim way past this day so as to ensure they do nothing or simply feel nothing can be done..
I did for a while believe that after reading on PayPal there was this time frame almost let it go, but I thought 'To hell with it!'
I have paid my money and I have not received my goods after 8 months!!! So I wrote PayPal and filed regardless adding that they should make other people who are forwarding their money aware of the reports that have been made, I do not believe I will see my so-called Manuscript, however, they have been dishonest in their dealings and now S* has his the proverbial fan in my books...
If you have been conned by them don't hesitate to complain to PayPal you still have rights! Even if it is past 45 days!!!
The more people that jump up and down about having these organisations barred from using PayPal as a piggy in the middle for their thievery the better chance we'll have of ensuring no other innocent person is touched!
We can make a difference! You, can make a difference!
Demand PayPal have a Alert screen warn the payee if this group has had complaints made or at least they can set up a Blacklist link of the companies to be aware of. After all, it is our hard earned money. And PayPals' reputation at stake!
I am making others aware of how low these Circle of Photographers and Circle of Poets stoop in order to avoid a investigation, below is a e-mail they sent me asking me to remove my complaint or it will effec the shipping of my goods..in which I paid by credit card via PayPal back in January for the amount of AUD$102.02.
