Reservations Rewards, AKA webloyalty.com INC. Has a deceptive way of taking your credit card from a valid purchase and they start billing you on a monthly basis. THey have an answer for everything but the truth is the have an UNSATISFACTORY rating with the better business bureau and THOUSANDS Of complaints in consumee sites like this one and comsumer BLOGS.
It is unbelievable that they are still in business, there is so much damaging information about them but they still continue to do the deception. If one falls victim, you WILL get your money back but so many people don't even know they are being billed. I STRONGLY suggest that you call your credit card company and report them as fraud and then the credit card company will fine them, it seems to be the only way to get back at these crooks. Don't just be a victim, report them to the BBB, The FTC, the IFCC and your attorney generals office, we, as consumers need to show there is a PATTERN going on here and they MUST be stopped!
