I ordered their EYEQ product over the Internet.
I used it for several months but was not really satisfied with the outcome and the products did not meet the advertised. I cancelled my credit card to prevent them from taking further cash from me since I was on a payment plan.
Approximately 8 months later I recevied a letter from a collection agency advising me that I needed to pay the outstanding balance. I explained to them that I was not happy with the products and felt that it was not worth the money they were asking. She informed me that she was not able to help me that I should contact the company to try to resolve the issue.
I contacted them and they had a return policy of only 30 days. I explained that I had not read the rules but I still wanted to return the product. She was not very sympathetic and that they really didn't care.
So I paid the balance to keep my good standing with my credit rating.
I just today received a call over a year later and the person on the other end was laughing she couldn't even talk. I told her that it was extremely rude to call someone about a product and before she could get the words out she was laughing.
I called back to the number and asked for the Manager. I explained to him that their company had disturbed me and that I was not a happy customer. He didn't care. I explained that I was going to report him and just laughed. Rob was his name.
I have never dealt with a more unprofessional company in all my years. It seemed the company was run by kids with no customer service skills.
