Scam uncovered criminal charges and investigation to follow! Ripoff

Promised 100% money back guarantee toward getting government grant. I asked if the initial fee of $29.95 was going to be returned to me also if i changed my mind and they said yes. I called 17 times to cancel and was treated rudely and told thaat they would not return my money even though It was recorded and the recording played back with exact aggreement to me.
