Recently I realized 49.95 was being taken from my account in duplicate... Meaning I have an authorize withdrawal for 49.95 and on April 25 noticed 2 withdrawals for 49.95... So when i investigated this i discovered it was newhealthysavings taking it and not from my authorized one.
This has been occurring since July. I called them without succes for a full refund. They gave back one month and told me to email [email protected]. I've sent several emails demanding my money back and so far have not had any respons. I don't know how this occurred but it sure is upsetting.
