Total ripoff! Never heard of them till my online bank statement showed a $79.95 debit!

I have no idea how this company got my bank info and debited my account for $79.95. I have never heard of them.

I saw the transaction in my online statement the day after it occurred (5/4) so I will go to my bank immediately.
