On 3/29/05 I signed up for free music downloads
trial for $1.00 the next day I was checking my bank account online and this company New Healthy Savings.com took $48.00 out of my account and because I didn't have $48.00 in my account the bank charged me $32.00 overdraft charge.
I never authorized them to charged my account I never heard of them. I tried emailing them and got no reply, I don't know what else to do. I'm disabled and live on a limited income and because they did this to me my check I wrote for my groceries is gonna bounce now and I don't have the money to cover the fees.
I just don't understand how people can do this am I ever gonna get my money back. Thank-you for any help you can give me. When you visit the website (see link below) it doesn't say anything about New Healthy savings. If there is anything else I can do to stop this from happening to other people, please let me know
