I'm a relative who stays with Nick and Jan periodically. I am well aware of the situation they went thru with TCRM and it's appalling. They are wonderful people who had the tables turned on them at the last minute.
How can you blame someone for wanting out of something that the lender essentially owns, and you are paying 18% interest only and you own A WHOPPING 10%? That is just crazy. No one in their right mind would do that.
They stated exactly what happened to them, I thought we had free speech in this country. Guess our liberties are getting chipped away, slowly. Where does one go to express their views - the courts? That's why the court system is so bogged down with frivilous law suits.
If I were them, I would have done the exact same thing. They were taken, no doubt about it and now TCRM doesn't like that backlast. That's life. You treat people like they treated Nick and Jan, they have have to speak someplace.
