Well I hope millions read my report, and an Attorney is willing to file on my behalf Pro-Bono.
Now to the issues. I will try to be brief and to the point.
1. I have read the reports of others about nouveau tec, and barbie diamond rebuttal, but what is left unsaid is the deceptive advertising, and the phycological pressure to buy their publication. Let me explain in detail.
I receive their letter, and Orientation booklet. Boy was I excited, I begin to read, and here is a quote: From page 3.
"If you do not discover the secret meaning within these 56 pages, you will still absorb that secret meaning while reading the five stories. As a consequence, three very major good things, prompted by your subconcious, will happen to you within two weeks involving money, love, and the unleashing of astounding powers within you."
Well I am going to HOLD Nouveau Tech, and Barbie Diamond, and the owners of Nouveau Tec to the above quote. If I do not get the 3 good things as promised, I HAVE THE RIGHT TO SUE THEM. As I have read all five stories.
2. Now on to the 5 stories, in the stories most of the authors received a MANUSCRIPT by mysterious means-THEY DID NOT BUY IT.
Here is a quote: From story number 1, page 11.
"So, sit back and read this Orientation booklet now, and then act! We are totally willing to share with you all of our secrets! And before long, you'll be ready to meets us. But I mean it when I say you must do this now. That's a given, for these secrets are too exclusive!"
The above is from author Kristen Hart. The jist of story one is to go ahead and spend my money to buy their Nouveau Tec discovery manual, but Miss Hart, said it in a very phycological manner.
In story two, the author was Jennifer
she states on page 16."When she described the man, I knew she was talking about the fellow I had met seven months ago in Las Vegas! THE MOST AMAZING WINNER I'VE EVER SEEN!
The librarian continued, He asked me to give you a special book. She went into the back room and cam out with a dusty old book printed in 1872. It was a copy of a manuscript written almost 2300 years ago, translated into English."
So you see she did not buy anything she got the book free!!!
In story 3, the author Sean, found his manucript under a park bench, Quote from page 24, "As I leaned forward, I saw a faded manuscript with aged paper under the bench where I was sitting. I leaned down further and pulled it up."
HERE AGAIN THIS MAN DID NOT BUY THE MANUSCRIPT HE GOT IT FOR FREE. Let make a clarification here, I am not talking about the orientation booklet, this is the manual the Nouveau tec people want you to buy for hundreds of dollars.
Lets go on in story 4, the author a Mr. Anonymous was in prison when he received his FREE manuscript. On page 37 of the orientation booklet I quote. "Then a few days later, the miracle happened. I received a large package in the mail. After the prision guard opened this package, he handed me an 1000-page book inside called "The Nouveau Tech Discovery." HERE YET AGAIN THE AUTHOR RECEIVED HIS COPY FREE.
3. So my question to Nouveau Tec why should initiates buy the manual? If it is so powerful it should be given freely as in the above examples.
4. Boy O Boy! The manual Nouveau Tec is selling to initiates will solve all money problems in a few days. Here is a quote, from page 25 "I decided to go to Las vegas and play some poker&I'm not sure why, but I just wanted to. For the first time, I came home a huge winner."
From page 17, "Immediately I began to apply my new knowledge. Virtually everything I touched turned to gold! I lost 40 pounds. My health and energy levels improved dramatically."
In this example the author got out of prison immediately after practicing the 10 secs method—boy-o-boy! Here is a quote from page 37-38, "It took me only 10 seconds to apply the Nouveau Tec secret." "Now lisen to this. This is the most amazing part.
Approximately one minute later, over the loud speaker, I heard my name called. I was being called to the Warden's office. I 'd never been called to the Warden's office before, and I wondered why".
5. So you can see for your self the promises these folks at NOUVEAU TEC makes. I plan to sue barbie, and the owners of the publishing house of nouveau tec. Once I can find an attorney to take up the case.
What these people are doing is a clear case of deceptive advertising—which is a Federal CRIME!
WELL I PLAN TO HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE, TO THEIR PROMISES. I have read their Orientation booklet, and now I am waiting. If after two weeks I do not receive the three good things promised, MONEY, LOVE, AND THE UNLEASHING OF ASTOUNDING POWERS WITHIN ME. They will have to admit publicly the lies they publish.
I think this case can and should be a CLASS ACTION.
I demand to hear a rebutal from Barbie, or the Publishers, or their Attorney.
