US Bank charged me for check image fees, but did not provide me with check images because there weren't any check images. I requested a refund and they would only refund the last fee they charged. It is disappointing enough to be charged all these new fees to start with, but now they charge fees for services they don't provide and then they won't refund the bogus fees. Shame on you US Bank, I will close my account after over 12 years with US Bank. I won't be bullied!
