Dishonest, would not issue my refund check, but lied and said they would. Gave me run-around on the phone

The company would not close my account and issue my refund.

They outsource their call center to India, and they always lie and say they're going to send me a check, but they never do.

Meanwhile, they give you a run-around on the phone. They keep you on hold for 15 minutes, then transfer you to somebody who has no power to do anything, and is not updated on the story. You have to repeat yourself all over again. All they do is lie, and I can see how somebody can be so frustrated that they give up on the money owed to them.

I called about 6 months ago, and they said they were going to close my account and issue a refund. No check has been received. I call back and they say it should be here a week later. Still no check.
