The company did not give me the information I paid for, nor gave a refund

The company is a fee based guide to local apartments. The
site offers a preview of their services and claim that paid members receive the full information. I paid $39.95 for a membership.

The site does not list the apartment name, doesn't list addresses for many listings, has no or wrong phone numbers for many listings, incorrect rental rates, and no photos. (Some listings had an area code that the city stopped using years ago). All of these missing features were promised. And without contact/location information the listings are useless. The site is a fraud. I contacted them about a refund 10 minutes
after joining and I have not heard back. I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company.
