Ripoff continuously taking money from account dont seem to exist

When they called I thought they were legit. And at that time I was planning to take a trip so I hopped on that deal.

They took the initial fee. That's all they were supposed to take. Then the following month they took money again twice using to different company names. Now I can't contact them can you catch these people?
