Simple Escapes (aka Deal Pass) took $139.95 out of my checking account and I have no idea why. Now everything is bouncing and I am close to losing my car. I have received nothing from them and signed up for nothing.
This company is a total ripoff. I don't understand how a company can get away with actions like this. They don't care that someone is on disability and is about to lose anything that they are making payments on. I can't afford this. On top of that, the bank is going to close my account if I can't come up with that amount of money plus the fees for bounced checks.
I do not have $200.00. Thanks to a ripoff company, I have nothing.
What can I do about these people? I look on the internet for dealpass, but all I can find are reports like yours. How in the world can I contact the company and get my money back?
