I received a call from one of R & R Escapes customer service reps asking me if I would like to try their great travel package, and I did agree to TRY it. Knowing I was able to cancel within the TRIAL period. Upon receiving all of my information, I called to CANCEL my account, within the 10 days that were included in my trial period. I did receive a confirmation # for my cancellation. About 3 weeks later my account was debited $149.00 and should NOT have been. R & R Escapes did NOT have authorization to take any money from my account after I had already cancelled my account. The sent me a Refund Agreement as asked me to Fax it back. I did comply with all of their requests and to date (04/26/05) I have not received Anything from them. I call about Everyday asking where my money is and they tell me it is being processed, and the chk is in the mail. I got Ripped off! Please dont let these people do this to you.
