Ripoff Where is my product Why do they ignore emails

Ordered from company. Offered free shipping on orders that will arrive in 7 days. I paid $25 dollars for overnight making order total $135. It has been long enough for regular shipping to arrive, still have not heard anything. Sent 4 polite emails requesting status of order. Not a single reply. Attempted to contact on phone - NO PHONE NUMBER LISTED.

I don't know whats up with this company. VERY unreliable, untrustworthy, and unbusinesslike. Hoping this might trigger some action on there part like sending the item I payed for!
