I, too, have had a terrible time with Synapse. Their phone system is designed to discourage the caller or get them to say "yes" to another type of subscription for the same magazine. You have to wait over thirty minutes to speak to a living person instead of an automated system. I have filed a report with PA AG. Am waiting for a response! Be on the look out for this company, very bad business.
