I sign contract with UNIVERSAL WINDOWS on 2/27/05 to replace 25 windows for $2725/ We sign the contract at my home. I gave them the deposit $270.
After 5 days they discover error after I sign the contract with them. On the contract was wrong price given to me. They need aditional $750 or they can't do it. My last offer to them was $3100. They say they can't do it for the money.
So they say they will cancel the contract with me, reuturn my deposit and cancel the contract. But now here's problem. I did not recieve yet any money back or cancelation of contract from them like I was promised my deposit of $270. They told me they mail the check to me but to a wrong adress. I have to pay cancelation fee $25. I try to call to speak to owner of UNIVERSAL WINDOWS. They refuse every time to speak to him. I have to wait and then they hang up on me.
So people be awere of this company and the service. I will fight I will get my money back. I didn't recieve any money or phone call from them by 3/15/05 when i wrote this. I'm still waitng. Thank you
