My husband and I wanted to get some windows for our home. The owner of the company came to our house and gave us a price for the windows. My husband wanted to wait a day or two just to make sure that it was the right thing to do.
Town & Country Remodeling Suggested that he could get us the windows and get them at the price we needed. We sign the contract and a week later he called us and told us that he made a mistake and that he made our monthly payments to low. He wanted to know if he could increase the payments by $55.00 more a month. He said that he would not be able to give us what we agreed to. We told he that we couldn't pay any more that we signed the contract said. He told us that the best he could do is pay the $55.00 for three months or so.
We told him that we signed the contract and that we did not want to change it or take out a lone like he was trying to get us to do. We felt pressed to do what he wanted us to do. We only had three days to get out of the contract and our time pasted. So even if we wanted to not get the windows we couldn't get out of the contract. We just feel that he miss lead us about what he kept on saying what he could do for us. He say he had a honest and good name and product {LIE}. He wanted to take us for a ride.
